This is the second dragon in the scavengers section: the Karkass.
Inspired by a vulture, the karkass is a “bald” dragon—no frills or external ears on the head—and with smooth scales on its head and neck. The neck is extremely long for a dragon. That and its bald head allows it to burrow its face deep into a carcass. It also has a hooked beak and serrated-like teeth in order to slice into dead meat.
Not all dragons will be cute or pleasant.
