Sixteen year old, Hunter Permaine, wanders across an unmapped town where he meets a girl named Xena. The other teenagers in town call her a freak and refuse to have anything to do with her, but Hunter can’t see why. On top of all that, infamous criminal, J.R. Dunsworth, seems to be her guardian. Well, a mystery is no good unless it can be solved, so Hunter determines to figure out Xena’s secret. He has to hurry though. Someone else has his eyes set on her.

Max and Celeste have arrived in Kingston in order to vie for an important government position, but Celeste meets opposition in the form of a very amorous king. Celeste has to do what it takes in order to help Max accomplish his dreams, but how can she get around a king?
